I attended the University of Scranton, the University College Galway (in Ireland), and Kean University. The concentration of my studies has been Elementary Education, Child Psychology, and Special Education with multiple certifications including in math. I have been teaching inner city, special education high school students for the past 10 years.
I live my life dedicated to the growth and development of children. In addition to teaching for over 20 years at various levels with inner city students, I volunteered with youth organizations and worked in summer camps since I was a teen myself! I have a passion for sports, and currently coach basketball, I have also been a Girl Scout Troop Leader since my daughter was very young. In that role, loved the opportunity to teach girls to love themselves, and live a life of purpose! The opportunity to be a part of this movement is such a gift and feels like a true extension of what I love most in life!!
